Farid Ali
Farid leads the client experience, making sure every project runs smoothly from the first point of contact to final installation. He works closely with clients throughout the entire process, keeping communication clear, consistent, and transparent. Whether it’s answering questions, providing updates, or refining details, Farid ensures that clients feel informed, involved, and confident every step of the way.
In addition to managing client relationships, Farid is also actively involved in the installation process, working alongside Hanan to execute each design with accuracy and attention to detail.
